FIRST ACCESS WAITING LIST

BE FIRST IN WHEN THE DOORS OPEN.

Two things are on the way: an app for your consultations, and an online education course. Neither is open yet.

Join the list and you’ll hear about them before anyone else. No countdown timers, no pressure, and no inbox full of nonsense.

THE APP

A SECOND OPINION IN YOUR POCKET.

It sits in on your consultations, scores them out of ten, answers the curveball questions in real time, and turns the conversation into a treatment plan. If you want to help shape it, tick the beta tester box.

THE ONLINE COURSE

THE BIT TRAINING DAYS DON’T COVER.

Pricing, visibility, boundaries and building authority. The structure underneath the clinical work, for practitioners who are already good at the clinical bit.

What happens next? I’ll email you when there’s something real to show you. That’s it. You can ask to come off the list at any time.

PRIVACY POLICY

HOW I LOOK AFTER YOUR INFORMATION.

Last updated: 17 October 2026

Who I am

This website, drbryonyelder.com, is run by me, Dr Bryony Elder, a sole trader trading as Dr Bryony Elder Coaching. I am the data controller for the personal information collected through this site. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email me at hello@drbryonyelder.com.

What I collect

  • Waiting list sign-ups: your name, email address and anything else you choose to tell me in the form, such as your professional background, clinic name, Instagram handle, experience, what you want help with and how you heard about me.
  • Enquiries: your name, contact details and the content of your message when you use the contact form, email me or message me on social media.
  • Bookings and purchases: the details needed to provide a course, training or coaching session you book, and to send you invoices or receipts. Card payments are handled by the payment provider; I never see or store your full card details.
  • Website data: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and server logs.

I don’t ask for health information or anything about your patients. Please don’t include patient details in any form or message.

Why I use it, and the legal basis

  • To keep you updated about the app and the online course (waiting list): your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • To reply to your enquiry: my legitimate interest in answering questions people send me.
  • To deliver what you’ve booked or bought: to perform my contract with you.
  • To keep records for tax and accounting: legal obligation.
  • To keep the website working and secure: legitimate interests.

Who I share it with

I don’t sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing. I use a small number of trusted services to run the business, and they only process your information on my instructions:

  • my website host and WordPress/Elementor, to run this site and its forms;
  • Zapier, which passes form submissions securely to my records;
  • monday.com, where the waiting list and enquiries are stored;
  • my email provider, to send and receive email;
  • payment providers, if you buy something;
  • my accountant, for bookkeeping and tax.

I’ll only share information with anyone else if the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of these services, such as Zapier, are based in or use servers in the United States. Where your information leaves the UK, it is protected by the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long I keep it

  • Waiting list: until you ask to come off it, or two years after I last contacted you, whichever is sooner.
  • Enquiries: up to two years after our last conversation.
  • Clients and purchases: six years after the end of the tax year they relate to, as required for accounting.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask me to: give you a copy of the information I hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how I use it; or move it to another provider. Where I rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, and every email I send will tell you how. Just email hello@drbryonyelder.com. I’ll respond within one month and there’s no charge.

Cookies and similar technology

This site keeps tracking to a minimum. It uses:

  • Essential cookies that keep the site and its forms working.
  • Jetpack Stats, the WordPress.com visitor statistics tool, to count visits and see which pages are read. It gives me totals, not information about you as an individual.
  • Google reCAPTCHA on forms, to stop spam. Google may set its own cookies and process your IP address to do this.
  • Google Fonts, which means your browser fetches the site’s fonts from Google, sharing your IP address with Google in the process.

I don’t use advertising or social media tracking pixels. If that ever changes, I’ll ask for your permission first and update this policy.

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, please tell me first so I can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

I’ll update this policy if anything changes, and the date at the top will show when it was last updated.
